Our Terms of Service
These are the important bits that explain how we work together at Midland Momentum Co. when you use our services. Have a quick read – it's all in plain English, no fancy jargon, just what you need to know.
Who We Are
We're Midland Momentum Co., a marketing consultancy based right here at 45 Victoria St, Birmingham B1 1BD, UK. We help UK small businesses get real growth through smart numbers and automated sales. These terms explain how we work together and what you can expect from us.
What These Terms Cover
These terms set out the rules between you, our client, and us when you use our services. By agreeing to work with us, you're agreeing to stick to these terms. They're here to make sure we both know where we stand and keep things fair.
Our Services
We provide marketing consulting, focused on helping your small business. This means we'll dig deep into your business numbers (analytics) and set up systems to automate your sales processes. Our main aim is to help your business grow in a proper, practical way. The specific details of the work we'll do for you will always be laid out in a separate agreement or proposal we send your way.
Your Responsibilities
For us to do our best work and get you the results you're after, we need a few things from you:
- Give us the right info: You need to provide accurate and complete information about your business when we ask for it.
- Be clear about your goals: Tell us what you want to achieve. The clearer you are, the better we can help.
- Co-operate with us: Respond to our questions and requests for data or access in good time.
- Pay on time: Make sure our invoices are paid when they're due.
We're here to help, but we can only work effectively with what you give us.
What We Promise You
We promise to:
- Do our work with proper care and skill, like any decent professional.
- Keep your business information confidential and safe (you can check our Privacy Policy for more on this).
- Keep you updated on our progress and any important findings.
- Aim for practical, real results that genuinely help your business get bigger and better.
Paying For Our Services
Our fees will be clearly set out in the proposal we agree with you before we start any work. We'll send you invoices, and they'll usually need paying within 14 or 30 days, depending on what we've agreed. If payments are late, we might have to charge extra fees or put our work on hold until things are sorted. We'll always talk to you first if there's an issue with payment.
When Things End
Either you or us can end our agreement with written notice. The specific notice period will be detailed in your service agreement. If you decide to stop our services, you'll still need to pay for any work we've done up to that point. We hope it never comes to this, but it's good to be clear about the process.
Our Responsibility
We do our very best to help your business thrive. However, we can't guarantee specific financial results, as business success depends on many things beyond our control. We won't be responsible for any losses you suffer that weren't a direct result of our proven negligence or breach of these terms.
Our total responsibility to you will be limited to the fees you've paid us over the last 12 months for the specific service where the problem happened. This doesn't affect your rights if we're found to have acted illegally.
Keeping Things Private
We'll both keep each other's confidential business information private and won't share it with others, unless we have to by law (like if a court orders it). This commitment is really important for building trust and a good working relationship.
Changing These Terms
We might need to update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll put the new version on our website and update the 'last updated' date at the top. For any really big changes, we'll try to let you know directly. It's a good idea to check back now and then to see the latest version.
Which Laws Apply
These terms, and any disagreements that come from them, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with exclusively by the courts in England and Wales. After all, we're a UK business, so it just makes sense.
Any Questions?
If you have any questions or worries about these terms, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
